Ingest Feeds

Keeping Product Hub data in sync with an external data source has typically required downloading a CSV from that source and then uploading it to Product Hub. Ingest Feeds removes those steps: configure a connection to your CSV feed once, then pull data directly into Product Hub whenever you need it.

• Configure an Ingest Feed in Admin → Channels → Ingest Feeds by providing a name, your feed URL, and an Import Template that maps the incoming data to your Product Hub attributes
• Optional settings include a Bearer Token for authenticated feeds, a custom delimiter, a Channel Template Format for variant handling, and overrides for Category, Product Type, and Asset Album
• Trigger the feed manually from the Ingest Feeds tab; the import runs as a background job and sends an email on completion — the same as a standard CSV import
