Amazon AI Export Assistant 

The Amazon AI Export Assistant is a new tool in Product Hub that publishes your products directly to Amazon Seller Central. Getting listings onto Amazon used to mean decoding cryptic validation errors, manually mapping every product to the right category schema, and going through rounds of failed submissions before anything went live. The Amazon AI Export Assistant handles all of that automatically — you submit from Product Hub and our AI integration takes care of the rest.

• Submit products directly to Amazon Seller Central from the Product Hub — no file downloads, no manual uploads
• AI automatically determines the correct Amazon product type per SKU and applies the right schema
• Validation errors are diagnosed, repaired, and resubmitted automatically — failed items surface with clear guidance on what to fix
• Correction rules are cached and reused across similar products, so each export gets faster and cleaner
• Every export includes three reports: AI Filled Values (every attribute the AI inferred), Failed Items (what didn't go through and why), and Recommended Attributes (what to add to your catalog to reduce AI guessing over time)

The initial release creates new Amazon listings only. Updating existing listings, product variants, and asset syndication are planned for future releases. Products must be assigned to an Amazon Channel Preset to be eligible for export.

AI Bulk Update Assistant 

The AI Bulk Update Assistant lets Admin users in the Product Hub update product attribute values across large sets of records using plain English. Describe what you want to change, review the matching records, and confirm — no spreadsheets, no CSV exports, no imports required.

• Update up to 1,000 product records in a single operation
• Change up to three attribute values per prompt
• Target a specific subset of products by describing them in plain language — by category, collection, status, supplier, or other criteria
• Review matched records before confirming, so you can verify the right products are in scope
• Receive an email summary after every operation listing all changes made, formatted for easy reimport if corrections are needed

The AI Bulk Update Assistant works on product attribute values only. It does not update assets, images, or object assignments such as channel or catalog memberships. Those updates are handled through other workflows in Canto.
