Collections: improved sharing, permissions, and collaboration

The latest update to Collections in the New Canto Library is making it easier than ever to share curated sets of assets and collaborate across teams. Collection creators now have full control over who can view or edit their collections, with a streamlined sharing workflow built directly into the New Library experience.

Here’s what’s new:

• Simplified sharing workflow — An improved flow for sharing Collections directly from the New Canto Library, so you can get assets in front of the right people faster.
• Collaborative Collections — Invite other users to actively contribute to a collection. Collaborators can add or remove assets, making it easy to build and refine collections as a team.
• Granular permission control — Collection creators can set and modify access permissions for each Collection, giving you precise control over which collaborators can view-only or edit Collections to ensure the right people have the right level of interaction with your content.
• Manage collaborator access — Update or revoke collaborator access at any time, keeping your Collections secure and up to date as teams and projects evolve.
